The Challenge: Write a piece in 100 words or less using the prompt…
The Prompt: A stranger was knocking on the door

Lightning flashed just beyond the blinds, lighting up the room. Ashley jumped in Tanner’s arms. His chuckle rumbled through his chest.

“It’s okay, baby. It’s just a storm.”

She sniffed slightly. “I read in the paper that some murderer escaped from prison today. Do you think he made it this far?”

He squeezed her shoulders. “Nah. The prison is miles from here. There’s no way.”

She sank against him and sighed.

Tapping against the glass caught their attention. A stranger was knocking on the door, his orange jumpsuit clearly visible in the porch light.

Ashley’s scream echoed through the night.

satta Matka Try drying your own dried tomatoes. You can use Roma tomatoes cut lengthwise, or Romas in half. You can also pack dried tomatoes in a jar with herbs and olive oil. The jars can be stored in your refrigerator for up to two weeks.
